How We Do It

We have been around for over 15 years, and our team has over 30 years of experience from top tier private equity and financial firms Cerberus Capital and JPMorgan Chase. We have over 50 licensed professionals leveraging company resources and connections. The founder is directly involved in investment decisions.
We deploy investor capital on an asset-by-asset basis. There are no blind pools. Whether it is one or several private loans, rental properties, improvement or construction projects, investors get high-yield, risk adjusted returns on the assets they actually own, not from a participation in a pool, company or special purpose vehicle.
Through our ownership of Intero and Speed Lending, we are uniquely positioned to perform the sourcing, analysis, structuring, funding, closing, leasing, management, and disposition of private loans, rental properties, improvement projects and new construction.
