Avanti Capital Partners LLC is a Houston-based private lending firm. Through our borrower-facing brand, SpeedLending, we provide short-term loans to builders and investors who purchase, renovate, and resell properties. We fund every loan with a mix of in-house capital and investor participation—always investing alongside our investor partners.
What We Do
We deliver high-yield, risk-adjusted returns from short-term loans backed by Houston real estate. Investors enjoy monthly income, quick exits, and the option to roll proceeds into new loans.
Our Typical Loan:
Loan size: $150K–$300K
Minimum investment per loan: $50K
Terms: 6 months, interest-only
Rates: 10%–12% fixed
Collateral: First lien on property
Risk controls: 60–70% LTV, disciplined underwriting
